Are you reliable?
We have been in business since 1980, and have built our business on customer referrals. We also stand behind our roofs with a 5 year warranty against leaks and defects in workmanship. The shingles are also covered by a manufactures warranty.

What about Permits?
If a permit is required, we will take out the permit and coordinate with the building department to ensure inspections are completed on schedule.

What size company is Noland?
We install approximately 7 to 10 roofs per week, making us a medium-sized roofing company. We inspect jobs on a regular basis to ensure the job is progressing smoothly. We are large enough to ensure you get quality service and state of the art equipment, yet small enough to ensure you don't get "lost in the shuffle". We do re-roofing work and repairs on residential homes and also large commercial projects.

Do you carry Liability Insurance?
Yes, we have policy is with a "A" rated reliable carrier. Our policy is "occurrence" rather then "claim made" policy which protects both parties.

Do you carry Workers Compensation Insurance?
Yes, this ensures if anyone working for Noland Roofing injures themselves, their medical costs and income is paid by the carrier. Neither you nor Noland Roofing are liable for any damages.

What type of roofing system do you use?
We follow the manufactures standard of each roofing material manufacturer. We check and replace each layer of the roofing system as necessary. Click here for a picture of the different layers of a roof.

Do you clean up the job site?
We clean the property on a daily basis and at the end of the job. We also run magnet around the grounds when the job is finished. If we are tearing off your roof, debris is unavoidable. You should ensure all property is protected.

Do you replace all flashing?
Yes, if needed. We replace all valley metal and collars around pipes and vents.

Do you have an office secretary?
Our secretary is in the office from 8AM to 4PM daily. We have a showroom with shingle samples. We also have an answering service available 24 hours a day to take messages when the office is closed.

What about gutters?
We recommend gutters on most roofing job, and have our own gutter machine. Normally when a roof is ready to be replaced, the gutters also need to be replaced. It is also more cost effective to replace the gutters when installing a roof.

Can you install skylights?
The best time to install a skylight is when you are replacing your roof. We have a general contractors license and do this type of work.
